Feast of the Immaculate Conception Message Never forget that the devil’s cunning snares are ever at work
10.12.2025Dear Brothers, Militia and Familia in the Order of the Knights of Our Lady,
On this radiant feast of the Immaculate Conception, we lift our hearts in honor of Our Blessed Mother—conceived without sin, the shining light of purity and grace, who crushes the serpent beneath Her heel. As Her devoted knights, let us draw courage from Her fidelity to God, renewing our vow to stand vigilant in the spiritual combat that defines our vocation.
My brothers, never forget that the devil’s cunning snares are ever at work—subtle deceptions, distractions, and divisions meant to weaken our unity. He whispers lies of pride, lures us into complacency, and exploits our frailties to fracture our brotherhood. Yet our battle as knights of Our Lady must rise above self-interest. We are called to selflessness: to lay aside our own desires and dedicate our strength wholly to the cause of Christ our King. True knighthood is found not in personal glory, but in the defense of Holy Mother Church and her sacred institutions against every assault, visible and invisible.
Let us be firmly guided by our Rules, the shield and compass of our Order, lest we fall into the devil’s traps. Through faithful adherence, we fortify our souls and strengthen our resolve. I urge you: pray unceasingly for one another, pray the rosary with devotion, recite our Little Office with reverence, and invoke the mighty intercession of St. Michael the Archangel—our Grandmaster—who leads the heavenly hosts in triumph over evil.
Be knights in all things, always and everywhere: in the silence of prayer, in the demands of daily duty, and in the heat of spiritual combat. The enemy will seek to sow doubt, discord, and despair, but let us persevere. Guard and fight for the knightly virtues of faith, hope, charity, fortitude, and humility. In unity and vigilance, we shall prevail—for Our Lady’s mantle shields us, and Christ’s victory is assured.
May the Immaculate Heart of Mary intercede for us, and may Almighty King bless our Order abundantly.
In Christ and Our Lady,
The Magistral Lieutenant
